Rail processing fixture

The guide rail of the structure shown in Figure 1 is widely used, but it is difficult to process. The upper rail 5 and the lower rail 4 have an angular error of ±0.30", the verticality is less than 0.01 mm, the lower rail 4 is 500 mm long, the material is 40Cr steel, and the surface is hardened by HRC 50 to 55. Therefore, we use the jig shown in Fig. 2 to grind the guide rail. When making the fixture, it should be guaranteed to clip 2
