1, sample wiring:

(1) Transformer ratio tester If the tester is a three-phase transformer, the corresponding A, B, C, and 0 of the high-voltage side are respectively connected to the yellow, green, and red four clamps of the H socket of the instrument panel, and the low-voltage side is connected to L. Four clips for the socket. If the sample has no neutral point, the black clip will be left unconnected. If the sample is a single-phase transformer, connect the yellow and black clips on the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side respectively. Leave the other clips open.

Note: When measuring "Z" type transformers, you must set "Group setting" to "Z" and "Set other settings" to "Y".

The "connection group number" is set.

(2) Note: The high-voltage side lead corresponds to the low-voltage side lead. Never reverse!

(3) Plug in the 220V, 50HZ power cord and turn on the power switch. The LCD screen will display the main menu.

2, transformer ratio tester menu selection:

(1) After the power on, reset or measurement is completed, press "F4" key, the main menu appears on the screen.

Press the function key "F1 - F4" to select the "group setting, phase setting, parameter setting, test" four items.

A, group settings:

Entering this function menu, you can select and set various connection modes of the transformer.

B, do not set:

Enter this function to set the transformer type. It can be set as a single-phase transformer test or as a three-phase transformer one-phase test, or it can be set as a three-phase transformer A, B, C three-phase automatic test.

C, parameter settings:

Entering this function can input the known parameters of the transformer according to the nameplate tag of the transformer, for example: tap type, equally tapped class, rated change, transformer ratio group tester so that the instrument automatically prompts the tap position and ratio error.

D, test:

After the transformer ratio tester enters this function, it performs the ratio test according to the selection of the first three menus, or automatically identifies the transformer group and displays the test results.

(2) Press Fl in the main menu, select the "Group Settings" entry, and press the "Confirm" key to enter the group settings submenu, as shown in Figure 4

The boot group defaults to "YN-d-11". Press "F1, F2, F3, F4" function key to select "high pressure end, low pressure end, connection group" respectively. The selected item changes to a reverse white font and the bracketed values ​​flash. Press Fl key to select “High side” and press “Confirm” to modify. Press “Confirm” key each time, the connection method in square brackets changes in the following order: YN-Y-D-YN..., the default value after power on For "YN", press "F2" to select "Low-Pressure" and press "Confirm" to change the settings. Each time you press "Confirm", the cycle changes in the following order: d, yn, y, d, ... Is "d".

Press "F3" key to enter the "connection group" selection, and the transformer ratio tester will press the "confirm" key to change the value of the connection group for selection. The default value is "11".

Press “F4” to select the item, press “confirm” to return to the main menu or press “reset” to return to the main menu.

(3) Press the F2 key on the main menu, select the “Don’t set” item, press the “Confirm” key, and type in the submenu of “Don't set”, as shown in Figure 5

Press the "Fl ~ F4" function key to select the "Send different settings" submenu. The selected item is a reverse white font.

1 Press "Fl" key, select "three automatic measurement" item, the instrument will automatically switch the voltage according to the order of AB/ab phase, BC/bc phase, CA/ca phase and three phases, and the measurement results are all displayed on the screen. .

2 Press “F2”, select “Three-phase AB/ab” and press “Confirm” to select the phase to be measured. Each time you press the "Confirm" button, the values ​​in the square brackets change cyclically in the order: AB/ab to BC/bc to CA/ca to AB/ab. Only test the selected phase sequence at a time.

3 Press “F3” to select “Single-phase”. This menu is used when testing single-phase transformer or transformer.

4 Press “F4” key, select “back” item, press “confirm” key, return to main menu or press “reset” key to return to main menu.

Note: The reverse font item before returning to the main menu is selected, and the transformer tester will test the selected item.

(4) Press the F3 key on the main menu, select the "parameter setting" item, and press the "OK" key to enter the "parameter setting" submenu. See Figure VI.

Press the "F1~F4" function key to select the "Parameter Settings" submenu. The selected item is a reverse white font.

Enter the rated transformation ratio at this time. The rated transformation ratio and the displayed value are both 4 and a half. Note: The "rated ratio" input must be 4 significant digits, and less than 4 digits should be filled with "0".

When you enter the "Tap Type" [Max. Transformer Taps], "Equidistance Class" [Ratio "Rate"], "Rated Ratio" [Rated Ratio], the instrument automatically measures the ratio, and Automatically calculate the error, and the automatic measurement shows the tap position of the current transformer. The same parameter setting of the transformer can be input only once to complete all the measurements, and the ratio error of each tap position is automatically calculated. If you do not input the rated ratio or enter 0.000, the instrument does not calculate the error and does not display the error. Press "F4" key, select "return" item, press "confirm" key to return to main menu.

Press the "F1" key and select the "Tap type" entry. The default value is “00”. Press the “0-9” key to change. For example, enter 17 for the maximum number of tap positions, and enter 03 for the maximum number of tap positions. If you make a mistake, you can change it on the original number.

Press the "F2" key to select the "equal tapping" entry. The default value of this item is "2.50". (The actual transformer has only "1.25"; "2.50"; "5.00" and three "equal taping stages"). 2.50 flashes in square brackets at this time. The transformer ratio group tester can be modified with the numeric keys, requiring input. Three significant figures. The deficit is at the end of the zero. After entering a digit, press the decimal point. The calculation method of “equal division level” “number”: ×100% can be an integer. (Note: The nameplate on the transformer indicates).

Press “F3” key to select “Rating Ratio” item, the default value in square brackets is “0.000”, and press the number key “0-9” to change. "Rated ratio" is calculated as: transformer nameplate.
